Since 2018, I have been creating high-quality custom sports lettering kits from Vancouver, Canada. Every kit is professionally made to order using premium Poly-Twill material and precision-cut with commercial equipment.

- Products made from premium poly-twill material.

Before You Purchase
Please send me the following information before ordering:
- A photo of your jersey (helps with color matching)
- A reference photo showing the font and style you want
- Team or league information (if known)
- The name and number you’d like
Once I confirm that I can produce your design, I’ll ask you to complete your purchase.
What Is Included
This listing is for an UNSEWN lettering kit only.
Your kit includes:
- Back name
- Polytwill nameplate
- Back numbers (up to 2 digits)
- Sleeve numbers (up to 2 digits per sleeve)
- Precision-cut Poly-Twill letters and numbers
JERSEY NOT INCLUDED.
Important Information
Please note:
- All colors/layers arrive separate and unassembled.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Ironing (tacking) the layers together
- Sewing the layers together
- Sewing the finished kit onto the jersey
- We do not glue, fuse, tack, or sew the layers together before shipping. Leaving the pieces separate allows you or your seamstress to align everything perfectly during installation.
Order Process
After your purchase:
- I create a digital proof/mock-up.
- You review and approve the layout, colors, font, and sizing.
- Once approved, I cut your kit.
- Your order is carefully packaged and shipped.
Typical production time is a few days to one week, although complex orders or material availability may require up to two weeks.
Material & Quality
Every kit is made using premium 100% Polyester Poly-Twill, featuring:
- Professional sports-quality appearance
- Heat-activated adhesive for temporary positioning
- Durable construction
- CPSIA Certified
- Compatible with cotton, polyester, nylon, and blended fabrics
For permanent installation, all kits must be sewn.
We also provide Vinyl letters and numbers (thermo-grip or thermo-film). Please inquire us for more details.
Limitations
At this time I cannot produce:
- Perforated numbers or letters
- Printed graphics or patterned twill
- Glacier Twill
- Dazzle Twill
- Felt materials
Only solid-color Poly-Twill is available.
Standard Sizes
Default sizing:
- Letters: 3″
- Sleeve Numbers: 4″
- Back Numbers: 12″
- Front numbers (American Football): 10″
Need a different size? Just ask! Most custom sizes are available.
Shipping Information
We proudly ship throughout North America and to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. We will be happy to provide the available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your destination
Minor creases or curling may occur during shipping. This is completely normal and not a defect.
Simply use an iron or heat press to flatten the material before installation.
Letter Mail orders are shipped in a brown envelope. If you’d like additional protection (such as cardboard backing and upgraded packaging), please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
Heat Press Instructions (For Temporary Tacking for Poly-twill material)
Temperature: 330°F (165°C)
Time: 8–10 seconds
Pressure: Medium
One-Color Kits
- Tack for 2–3 seconds if you need to reposition.
- Sew using a zig-zag or satin stitch.
Multi-Color Kits
- Tack foreground to background.
- Sew the layers together.
- Pre-press your jersey.
- Tack the completed lettering to the jersey.
- Permanently sew onto the garment.
Returns
All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
Because every kit is custom-made specifically for your order, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
